Changes in demographics, social structures and the nature of business today demand an understanding of our attitudes toward those who may be different. A practice of inclusion, rather than exclusion, can unlock the potential of a diverse workforce.
Diversity Insights introduces four components that shape attitudes toward diversity: knowledge, understanding, acceptance and behavior. Increasing over-all insight about diversity and personal change in day-to-day behavior towards the people with whom we work, holds the potential to impact positively on human performance and organizational results.
