If you're having trouble viewing you online course, graphics, animations or learning assistants, please make sure of the following:

  • That you have the most recent version of your browser installed. Usually you can click the "Help" menu selection on your brower to get updates
  • For problems viewing multimedia learning tools, make sure that you have the most recent media player installed:
    • To update your Windows Media player, click here
    • To update your Adobe Flash player, click here
  • For problems viewing learning assistants, notepads and components of a course that involve popup windows, please turn off the popup blockers on your internet browser and security systems.
